From November 11-14, Sydney is hosting the Champions Downunder event (http://www.championsdownunder.com.au/). This event brings some of the greatest names from tennis history, including McEnroe, Wilander, Ivanisevic, Rafter and Cash, to Sydney. Deaf tennis has been invited to exhibit on centre court and provide some "between match" entertainment. Any deaf tennis players interested in being involved is invited to contact us asap (email to info@deaftennisaustralia.org).

Our Deaflympics Men's Silver medallists Glen Flindell and Stephen Swann are guest speakers at the 2010 Deaf Sports and Recreation AGM, on Friday 22nd. This is a rare opportunity to see some photos and videos, see a deaflympics medal, and to ask questions!! More info here.
